Players cannot join the network because the target server folder is empty or not specified in the Goxy network settings. This issue prevents the system from identifying available servers, leading to connection failures.

  • Empty target folder: The folder designated for target servers contains no server instances.
  • Folder not specified: The first-choice server folder is not configured in the Goxy network settings.

  1. Check the first-choice server configuration:
    • Log in to the Goxy Dashboard.
    • Go to the Network Settings section.
    • Navigate to the First-Choice Server Configuration tab.
    • Ensure the target folder is correctly specified and contains at least one server.
